Beautiful and very comfortable place to stay. The weather wasn’t conducive to sitting on the back deck overlooking the river but I’d imagine it would be amazing in better weather.

The house itself and the surrounding area is beautiful. Sits right on the river. The back deck overlooking the river is also a very nice feature. All of the amenities and fixtures are top quality. All communication with the host was very clear, friendly, and direct, they were very responsive and accommodating.
10/10 would rent again.

We had a great stay. The home was private, quiet, and very comfortable, with a peaceful river view that made it easy to relax. It was perfect for my wife and me and felt like a true getaway. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly what we were hoping for. We would gladly stay here again.

We had a amazing stay and didn’t want to leave! Waking up to the view and sound of the river was the highlight for me! Cool Properties had everything you need and more to settle in and feel right at home. Cabin is not bare minimum it is top of the line! I can’t wait to go back during summer!

This place is amazing! Surrounding scenery is absolutely beautiful and all the amenities needed for a cozy mountain cabin stay. And being right on the river is one of the best parts!

My niece and I came to tour WCU and this property is right behind the campus! Very clean, modern and relaxing! The porch view and listening to the water was so comforting. We will definitely return here for future stays!

Very peaceful environment. The Tiny House Studio was clean and comfortable. It is the perfect house for a couple's get away. Sitting outside and listening to the ripples of the river is so relaxing. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this house and I hope we can visit again soon.

This home is a true gem! It was immaculate and beautiful. The huge screened porch overlooking the river is amazing—so peaceful and relaxing. We would not hesitate to stay here in the future!

Place was great other than the stairs outside are covered with spider poo. But its proximity to WCU more than makes up for that. Very nice place. Would stay there again

This was perfect for my wife and I to stay just a couple days while moving our daughter into WCU. Very relaxing and peaceful by the river. Look forward to staying here again!
