This was a fantastic experience for our family. The home is beautiful with a truly contemporary style. You cannot beat the location. The home is right beside the river with its flowing rapids that provide a wonderful backdrop of natural sounds. Your view is amazing from the screen porch or in a couple of chairs right by the river. You can easily wade into the river with spots from ankle deep to above your knees. We enjoyed walking in the river and exploring. The home is located in a beautiful and quiet area. It’s a great location for any Western Carolina alumni or families. Highly recommend this home! The hosts were great and available as needed.

Beautiful house that was very clean and well stocked. The screened porch at the river was so peaceful and relaxing. We wished that we had stayed longer but we are already planning our next visit.

We had the most amazing and relaxing time on the property, everything was clean and gorgeous. The sound of the river was wonderful and a great way to relax as well as being beautiful. The home was also well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The porch was a little oasis from the home itself and you could sleep out there it was so calming. The owners Dawn and Randall were very communicative and accommodating and made this process as easy as possible! We are definitely coming back to the area and would love to reserve this place again. 5/5 stars

A beautiful, peaceful place on the river. The porch was our favorite spot and the big windows viewing the river made us feel like there was no one else around. A wonderful stay inside and out!

The house and location were absolutely beautiful! The pictures really don't do it justice! Everything is prestinely clean and the peacefulness you feel just from walking in can't be matched! The views cannot be captured just as you see them but I did my best to try. We even purchased a couple of fishing poles to do a little fishing right innthe back yard. And when I had a couple of questions for the host, they responded in mere minutes with friendly and clear responses. We will definitely make a repeat visit to this beautiful home. If you've been scrolling for awhile trying to find the right spot, just stop! This is THE place!!!

This property was perfect for a winter getaway. The home is lovely, the neighborhood is charming and the surroundings are nature at its best. We like to prepare our own meals and the well equipped kitchen met all our expectations. The fireplace provided such a nice comfy feeling. Although it was not the right time of the year to indulge in spending time on the spacious porch, being so close to the river added to the peaceful mood created by the home's interior environment. We enjoyed the opportunity to take long walks in the surrounding area. And it was a plus to have any needed services close by. This would most certainly be a place we would consider revisiting.

This was by far the nicest rental property we’ve been fortunate to stay in. The home is beautiful, and everything was well thought out in advance to ensure a lovely stay. The communication prior to our stay and throughout the stay was exceptional. I particularly appreciated how clean everything is and the gorgeous decor throughout. The heated screened porch was such a fabulous way to start the morning while enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Thank you Dawn and Randall.

My family spent Thanksgiving here and we had a blast. What a location, next to the river where we watched flyfishing from our heated porch! Everything is clean and very modern (right down to the bidet). Our grandson loved pushing his cart from one end of the house to the other, including the porch of course. Thank you for providing such us with this holiday treat, so close to our favorite mountain town of Sylva.

I wish I could give this place 11 stars! It is the nicest Airbnb we've stayed in yet. It felt like moving into a brand new, perfectly built model home. The bedding was comfortable and immaculate. I could literally spend 24/7 on the back deck for days on end. The Tuck gurgled beautifully and peacefully. We kept the sliding door open and fell asleep to her sounds. We will always try to stay here first when visiting our son at WCU.

This home is beautiful Inside and Out. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch out back. The Heater on the porch was such a nice touch. The beds felt like clouds and were so comfortable. The showers were hot with great pressure and very clean. Love love loved the couch. The view was the best part. The river from the back porch was so relaxing to watch. Perfect for outside napping. The neighborhood was easy to get to, so if you’re worried about a steep driveway or road to your stay, this house is perfect. If you’re staying in Cullowhee NC this is the perfect house. Book Now!!!
