This is a 2 story Tiny Home Studio. The top floor features an open studio with a master bed. Full bath with glass shower doors and all amenities. Kitchenette with small fridge and a hot plate to cook small meals. Downstairs features a gym with secondary living room area with TV. Also includes washer and drier. Close drive from Asheville, Sylva, Dillsboro, Webster, Savannah, Waynesville, Franklin, Bryson City etc. Open to Long-Term or Mid-Term rental
