This was a fantastic experience for our family. The home is beautiful with a truly contemporary style. You cannot beat the location. The home is right beside the river with its flowing rapids that provide a wonderful backdrop of natural sounds. Your view is amazing from the screen porch or in a couple of chairs right by the river. You can easily wade into the river with spots from ankle deep to above your knees. We enjoyed walking in the river and exploring. The home is located in a beautiful and quiet area. It’s a great location for any Western Carolina alumni or families. Highly recommend this home! The hosts were great and available as needed.

Beautiful house that was very clean and well stocked. The screened porch at the river was so peaceful and relaxing. We wished that we had stayed longer but we are already planning our next visit.

We had the most amazing and relaxing time on the property, everything was clean and gorgeous. The sound of the river was wonderful and a great way to relax as well as being beautiful. The home was also well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The porch was a little oasis from the home itself and you could sleep out there it was so calming. The owners Dawn and Randall were very communicative and accommodating and made this process as easy as possible! We are definitely coming back to the area and would love to reserve this place again. 5/5 stars

We had a great, reflexing time! Can not beat the tiny home being directly on the river and close to neighboring towns. Downtown Sylva was really cute with plenty of good shopping and restaurants. If we venture back to the area, we will definitely book this home again!

A beautiful, peaceful place on the river. The porch was our favorite spot and the big windows viewing the river made us feel like there was no one else around. A wonderful stay inside and out!

We stayed for 2 nights in this marvelous jewel! The river in front of the property is priceless nature at its best - honestly a restoration of the soul experience. The property is new, modern, well equipped, had a lovely comfortable king size bed with the best pillows ever, and high quality linens. They thought of everything! It is quiet and very peaceful. Just what we needed. The area is amazing and wonderful to walk in after a day of work. It is small yet spacious. We enjoyed the stay so very much. The host gets 5 stars too! The house and location were absolutely beautiful! The pictures really don't do it justice! Everything is prestinely clean and the peacefulness you feel just from walking in can't be matched! The views cannot be captured just as you see them but I did my best to try. We even purchased a couple of fishing poles to do a little fishing right innthe back yard. And when I had a couple of questions for the host, they responded in mere minutes with friendly and clear responses. We will definitely make a repeat visit to this beautiful home. If you've been scrolling for awhile trying to find the right spot, just stop! This is THE place!!!

We stayed at the riverhouse studio for a getaway weekend, and it was perfect! We enjoyed listening to the birds and river. The bed was super comfortable and we spent a whole day just watching moves in bed. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect place for me and my husband to stay to see our son and daughter at WCU. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

I didn’t realize exactly where this was until we arrived. We came to town for a fraternity event and the air bnb was located exactly across the river from my fraternity house. Was very convenient for getting back and forth to the house and to campus! We also really enjoyed waking up and looking out the window at the river and the Mountain View. Very peaceful and private. Will definitely stay here again
